NEW M&A role - Leading US firm

Pro-Legal are working closely with a leading US Firm, who have given us a head start on a new M&A role in their highly regarded Corporate M&A team.

This client is looking for a 4-6 year PQE Associate, however would potentially consider a strong 3 year PQE Associate.

We work very closely with this client and they are regarded as a transactional powerhouse in the market. They have a large Corporate team as a whole, strong across both M&A and Private Equity, however are looking for an Associate to focus on M&A and work closely with the Partners in this group.

Our client operates on a leaner staffing system than many of the Elite US firms in London and each Associate is considered as a key member of the team.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious, client-facing individual who enjoys a high level of responsibility and a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• c.4-6 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience obtained with a leading US or UK firm
• An excellent academic background
