Corporate Partner to join award winning Legal 500 firm

As the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint a further Corporate Partner to the team to build on its success.

This is a pivotal appointment and the successful candidate will have a following and a proven track record in business development.  This is a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to be able to make their mark and build a team around them whilst leveraging from the success and reputation of the existing corporate offering.

The successful candidate will act for an impressive client base of household brand names and owner managed businesses.

You will act on a wide range of corporate matters, including business sales and purchases, business re-structures, business ownership documentation and banking & finance transactions.

Previous experience of working with FCA authorised businesses would be preferred.
