A fantastic opportunity has presented for a hard working and enthusiastic corporate lawyer to join this leading offshore firm in Jersey. Their corporate team specializes in complex international M&A work and the successful candidate can also expect a heavy dose of top line corporate transactional work, including JV’s, reorganizations, corporate finance, public offerings, listings, amalgamations, private equity and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work. The firm has asked us to source candidates with 2-5 years experience from top 50 ranked UK/US firms in London or major regional firms. Top tier Irish, Aussie and Kiwi associates are also encouraged to apply.
