Our client is forward thinking and ambitious and one of largest property law firms in the region.

As the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint a further Commercial Property Solicitor to the team to build on its success.

The successful candidate will be at senior associate / partner level.

The role is very much client facing and you will be able to demonstrate sharp commercial acumen by your ability to understand a client’s business and deliver commercially focused advice, assuming the role of trusted advisor. 

The firm acts for a diverse range of clients including developers, investors, property funds and property companies in connection with multi-million pound site acquisitions, disposals, investments, the retail sector and residential developments.  

The successful candidate will be confident in handling a varied caseload  including acquisitions & disposals; commercial leases, Landlord & Tenant and secured lending.
