Job Details
Our client is a prestigious US law firm with a well established office in London. Its corporate real estate team act for a variety of impressive blue chip clients and it offers its associates excellent training and a collegiate environment. It is seeking an associate with 2 - 3 years' PQE to work on a range of corporate real estate transactions including JV's, acquisition/sale of RE SPVs, loan portfolio sale agreements and RE finance matters. The successful candidate will have real estate experience acquired at a well regarded UK or US law firm, and a strong academic background. You will have strong client relationship skills and a desire to develop your career in the real estate transaction sector.
