The Client

Our client, a newly formed global investor, seeks a robust US Securities / 144A Capital Markets lawyer to join ASAP on a 3-6 month initial contract (extensions/permanent offer likely).

The Role

You will sit alongside the CEO whilst he travels globally as his ‘right hand person’ to support on all contractual matters that arise during his investments, primarily 144A Capital Markets-focused. You will need to be technically robust and versatile, able to tackle anything thrown your way.

About You

You should:

• Have top law firm training (preferably US);
• Have in-house experience;
• Be able to travel globally at any time; and
• Be available to start within 4-6 weeks.
