We are working closely alongside a highly reputable firm based in the City Centre and South Manchester in their search for an Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team. There is flexibility as to which office you can based from as well as the opportunity for home-working.

They work for many North West businesses as well as several national brands and companies due to their reputation in the market. The industries span manufacturing, engineering, retail, and franchises.

To be ideal for this role, you will be a Corporate Commercial solicitor with 1 or more years PQE in a Corporate Commercial team. Your caseload will include assisting companies buy and sell their business, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. The broader commercial work will include IT contracts, shareholder agreements, T&Cs, supply, and e-commerce to name a few.

This an opportunity to be a key figure in the team and be able to be given a good level of autonomy for your level whilst having the support of the more senior members of the team.
