Our client is a highly-rated firm with a stellar reputation. The firm is recognised as one of the leading firms in Real Estate and clients include property companies, real estate funds, family offices, investors, and HNW individuals.
There is an opportunity for an Associate (or Senior Associate) to join the firm's highly ranked Property Litigation team, to work on residential property disputes. The team is very experienced in the Prime London market, with expertise in all aspects of residential estate management, boundary disputes, enfranchisement, and right to manage claims on both the landlord and tenant side.
Our client is looking to hear from candidates with 5+ PQE years' experience in property litigation, gained at a City or national Top 50 firm. Experience with enfranchisement work is particularly advantageous.
