The Role

The firm are looking to hire a talented Commercial Property Solicitor into their Camberley, Surrey office.

The firm are expanding at a fast rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial property team. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.

The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic and business development skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook.

You will be working alongside legal 500 ranked individuals giving you fantastic caseload exposure which would be very hard to find elsewhere.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
