The Role

The disputes team undertakes Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. As much as the firm's work is for Technology enabled businesses, they have developed particular experience of disputes over Intellectual Property, both hard and soft, Data Privacy and Disputes arising from M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity Deals.

This role comes with very good prospects for progression including leading a team and Partnership.

Requirements

  • You will be an Intellectual Property Associate with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE)
  • You will have a track-record of developing and growing business
  • You should be ambitious and want to progress
  • First-rate technical knowledge is essential
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent benefits package
