Commercial Property Solicitor - South Manchester / Cheshire
We have an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 regional firm in South Manchester/Cheshire. The firm are recognised by the Legal 500 and have won various awards including best law firm last year.
Despite recent events, they have experienced continued growth and are now in a position to recruit another Commercial Property Solicitor into the team.
The role will involve working closely with the Partners on a range of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, commercial landlord & tenant matters, secured lending and development work for small, medium and large businesses both in the North West and nationally.
The firm are also forward thinking, have an impressive client base and are continuing to develop their presence in the market. They also offer flexible working and have a modern office with a great team focused vibe.
