The role

The firm require a Residential Property Partner into their Birmingham office.

You will be a key member of the property department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

The firm have a strong reputation for Residential Property, you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work.

You will deal with your own conveyancing caseload, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements

  • You will be a Residential Property Partner with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is to advantage, but is not essential
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
