The Role
This firm are looking for a to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing West End, London office.
The firm has a highly successful Real Estate department. You will join a cutting-edge department which is ahead of the curve, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with entrepreneurs and HNW individuals.
They operate across several industry sectors but are known for their specialist knowledge within the Technology, Hospitality and Media. They deal with a broad range of work, including but not limited to; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial Leases, Landlord & Tenant (Act 1954), Investment and Development work.
This firm are able to offer flexible working (work from home), a dynamic working environment and a great deal of investment and support.
Requirements:
- You will be a Real Estate Solicitor (3 - 6 years PQE)
- You will have strong technical knowledge, good commercial awareness and have the ambition to want to progress and play a key role in the department
- You will enjoy as working in part of a modern, collegiate environment
