The Role

The firm is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join their team in North London.

You will take a key and active role within a busy team that has recently had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The firm will provide access to a diverse, high-quality caseload - the team currently provides technically astute advice for Employers & Employees across:

  • TUPE
  • Employment contracts,
  • Restructuring
  • Grievances, discipline, bullying and settlement agreements

You will work in synergy with other departments including Litigation & Corporate therefore you must be adaptable, this approach undertaken by the firm has created a sociable culture across their offices, A commercially minded outlook and business development skills will underpin this role, as this firm is seeking to grow their practice.

This role has excellent progression prospects to Partnership and you will have an exceptional level of investment and support.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Lawyer with 3 - 5 years PQE
  • You will have a good experience in a broad range of Employment work
  • You will be a team-player with first-class communication skills and an eye for detail
  • You will have a keen eye for new business opportunities and networking skills
