As a mid-sized practice this firm have been able to maintain a collegiate atmosphere whilst working at the highest level. They have recently developed new systems used for clients which have resulted in a business development capacity generating a significantly increased workflow. The firm is the type of practice where people enjoy coming into the office, they do regular social events throughout the year.
The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ Years PQE to join the flagship Birmingham office.
The Commercial Property department is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and has a wealth of expertise with many Lawyers being ranked as leaders in their field. You will work with a friendly, supportive and dynamic team working on a broad caseload; the variety will make for a more interesting role.
Your caseload will include, but not be limited to; Acquisitions, and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant and Regeneration.
Good development and asset management experience would be desirable.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 + years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- Based in the Birmingham City office
- You will have a good experience of running your own Commercial Property caseload
- The ability to deliver first-class client service is essential
