The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Employment Solicitor into their thriving Cambridge office

This outstanding firm are seeking a commercially minded Employment specialist to assist in heading up their Legal 500 ranked department. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters for Employers and Employees such as:

  • Employment Disputes and Tribunals
  • Settlements Contracts and Handbooks
  • Restrictive Covenants
  • Business Restructuring
  • Discrimination
  • Unfair Dismissal and Disciplinaries
  • TUPE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join one of the most established and fastest growing firms in the county.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor or Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE +
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
  • A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
