Idex Consulting is partnered with a leading global law firm who has almost 1500 legal professionals working around the World including the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The intellectual Property practice has a multi-jurisdictional coverage with contacts around the World. They have instructions with number of global giants, providing expert advice on clearance, exploitation and enforcement of their IP rights. The successful applicant will be a tech focussed patent litigator (4 years PQE) with a strong academic background. SEP/ FRAND patent litigation experience is an advantage but not essential.
