We are delighted to be working closely with this elite US firm, in their search for a bright 2-4PQE cross-border and leveraged finance associate.

The individual will be joining a well established and highly regarded Finance Practice where associates can expect to benefit from high levels of responsibility and client contact, advising a range of financial institution clients, including investment banks, hedge funds, institutional lenders.

The firm offers its lawyers high levels of training and support including one-on-one interaction with all of the finance partners within a non-stuffy cohesive environment. Prior experience of leveraged finance and/or direct lending experience essential and prior exposure to special situations investments, workouts and restructurings highly desirable. The firm offers excellent remuneration, including the opportunity to earn a significant bonus, as well as a full range of other benefits, on top of a market leading base salary.
