Through further growth this leading independent firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join their industry leading team. This firm already have a strong foothold in Commercial Property market across Essex and, through further growth are looking to strengthen team.

The Role
The firm are seeking to hire Commercial Property Partner to join their rapidly expanding Essex office, near Southend-On-Sea.
You will be working closely with the other Commercial Property Partner to build the firm's reputation further and increase their Commercial Property offering throughout Essex.
They are now looking for a client facing Partner with a passion for business development to join their senior management team. The role will depend on your own focus and client base however you will be expected to deal with a broad caseload for both organisations and individuals, including:
- Landlord and tenant
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development and Investment work
If you are an experienced Senior Solicitor or Partner seeking the opportunity to working alongside industry leading Partners - this is an outstanding opportunity with a rapidly expanding firm
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Partner with 8 years PQE +
- You should have first-class communication and business development skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and following, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
