The Firm

This expanding regional firm are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Senior Solicitor or Partner to join their collaborative and dynamic team, where you will work with other areas of the business to further their offering throughout Norfolk and East Anglia.

Following a restructure to the business last year, this highly regarded firm are looking to make a key strategic hire into their Legal 500 ranked team. They are now looking to expand further out of their Norwich office, with a focus on their Dispute Resolution team.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer into their Norwich office.

Following the recent restructure, the firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to work alongside the other teams on a range of Dispute Resolution matters - which makes for a sociable and enjoyable role.

Although this opportunity will be based around your areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Dispute Resolution matters including:

  • Employment Disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • Contentious Probate
  • Debt Recovery
  • and Property Disputes to name a few.

This team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local and regional clients. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individual keen to progress within a modern firm with a fresh outlook.

If you have your own contacts you would like to bring with you, you will be provided with full support in transitioning and serving this portfolio. This firm will also provide you with all resources needed to further build your regional reputation including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities.

Requirements

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution Senior Solicitor or Partner with 8 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
  • A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
