Another major offshore firm is urgently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious associate for its corporate practice in Guernsey. The group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including; M&A, JV, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.
The firm has asked us to source candidates with 3-5 years post qualified experience from leading firms in London, Dublin, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Offshore Legal has specifically been instructed that general corporate and funds associates, or those with experience across both practice areas, will all be considered equally. The firm pays excellent salaries and also offers a generous relocation/benefits allowance. Income tax is a just 20%.
