OUR CLIENT
We have an opportunity for a Solicitor c 5 + PQE with a corporate/commercial background to join a growing law firm based in central London.
THE ROLE
As a key member of this well regarded firm with an enviable client base, the post holder will be expected to work closely with domestic and international clients handling a varied and interesting workload with a focus on commercial matters
- Company formation, partnerships etc
- Private equity/venture capital
- Joint ventures/ restructuring/reorganisation/insolvency
- Commercial contracts, technology, GDPR, e-commerce. licences
- Corporate governance
The post holder will be expected to participate in business development, marketing activities, managing and mentoring team members.
