Your role as a Banking Lawyer:

• Broad banking matters including acquisition finance, general corporate lending, real estate finance, funds finance, trade and commodity finance, structured finance, private wealth finance, corporate trustee work and restructuring & special situations.
• Client facing role working with Premium businesses
• Cover a diverse range of markets and clients
• Extensive multi-jurisdictional experience
• Work as part of cross-practice, cross-border teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions

• Has a strong academic background
• Is newly qualified or has up to 3 years PQE
