Ideally you will have experience of dealing with a range of high end and high value commercial disputes as well as strong relationships which are likely to generate work and a proven track record of winning and handling complex, often international and business critical contentious work. The firm has excellent relationships so there is plenty of scope for your practice to be complementary and/or augmented by the move. The firm is a market leader in insurance already and offers considerable opportunity for an ambitious and able commercial litigator to help it to develop its contentious offering.
