Job Details
This highly regarded City / International firm are seeking an Associate to join their leading IP group in their London office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' PQE in transactional IP matters.
The successful candidate will primarily support the transactional IP Partners within their large City team. You will work on all types of transactions involving intellectual property, with a focus on licensing and collaboration agreements, related commercial arrangements and intellectual property aspects of M&A and investments.
To be considered for this role you should have 2-4pqe transactional IP experience gained a t a leading City or international firm. A strong academic background is a pre-requisite. A science background whilst helpful is not essential. Excellent support and career progression opportunities.
