JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 3 years
LOCATION: Greater Manchester (commutable from Altrincham, Macclesfield, Manchester, Warrington and Wigan)
THE ROLE:
The Corporate Solicitor will be working closely with more senior lawyers, managing their own caseload of corporate and commercial work as well as assisting on major, more complex transactions. You will be handling a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements, restructuring, banking and commercial contracts. You will also be expected to get involved with various business development initiatives, growing your own network of contacts.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have up to 3 years' PQE in corporate and commercial law gained in a similar sized regional or national private practice. Strong academic and technical abilities are an absolute must as a is a demonstrable flair for negotiation and business acumen. Candidates must be strong communicators, with a demonstrable desire to build a successful career for themselves in corporate law.

Lauren runs a hybrid desk in our North division dealing with both locum/interim recruitment and permanent appointments.
