Corporate Associate 3 years+PQE Leicester
Progressive firm has a new opening to suit an experienced corporate solicitor or associate to join their flagship corporate team in Leicester.
Our client has a leading reputation for corporate law in the East Midlands and is home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including high value corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, property and IT/Technology.
Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint a associate with a minimum of 3 years corporate transactional experience.
With at least 3 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have the licence in this role to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
