Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
The firm is offering a generous compensation package, and a genuinely enviable working culture, in their 250 strong City of London Office.

Their London office is going from strength to strength and they have a truly global presence with 14 offices worldwide.
The Role:
To execute the client administrative process, including engagement management, client intake, billing, invoicing, collections and reporting.
The Candidate:
Minimum 18 months’ finance experience at a UK, International or US law firm.
This role requires previous experience using Elite Enterprise Finance systems. Strong technical knowledge of the relevant UK VAT and SRA Accounts Rules are also essential along with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and high attention to detail and ability to follow pre-defined processes. Experience of Elite 3E would be an advantage.
