A leading international firm is investing into the growth of their Corporate Tax team, and as a result, want to recruit a number of lawyers to help strengthen their offering.
The firm is well-known in the market for providing high-quality advice to clients across a variety of sectors, both nationally and internationally. Their portfolio of clients includes but is not limited to corporate entities, trusts, charitable bodies, and HNWIs. The team consists of highly qualified chartered tax advisors with a comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
You would be the perfect fit for this role if you have experience in the following areas:
- Tax advice to OMBs
- EIS, SEIS VCT and corporate venturing advice
- Asset finance support
- Advising of corporate restructuring and group arrangements
- Investigations and enquiries
- Corporate finance support
- Tax-related litigation
