Our client is a leading law firm in Manchester, who are looking to recruit Real Estate Solicitors at the Associate, Senior Associate and Legal Director level.
The team advise investors, developers, landowners and corporation on a range of complex transactions, with particular expertise in:
- Investment property & portfolio management
- Development & regeneration projects
- JV structures & forward funding
Applicants should have relevant experience gained within a law firm or inhouse, with circa 2-8 PQE.
