Real Estate Development lawyer sought by West End firm for 12 month fixed term contract role.
Our client is a leading and long established firm in the heart of the West End and is highly reputed for its real estate work.
Due to maternity leave this firm seeks to recruit a lawyer within its Residential Development team. This team focuses on high value land acquisition and off plan plot sales, often for high net worth, overseas clients.
Applications are sought from residential development lawyers who have upwards of two years' PQE; this role is to commence with immediate effect and therefore applicants should have a short notice period or be immediately available.
This role will offer a highly competitive remuneration package and an opportunity to join a prestigious firm.
