One of the top UK / international law firms has an excellent opportunity for a Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join their market leading team in Dubai.  The team handles a broad range of regional and international transactional work, including structured finance and securitisation, debt capital markets, Islamic finance/sukuk and derivatives.  Clients are primarily leading banks, finance companies, insurers, rating agencies and corporates, and transactions range from mid-market domestic deals to major structured cross-border financings and restructurings. They are ideally seeking someone with high-level experience within a major international law firm of working for underwriters and issuers on international bond issues and medium term note programmes. Applicants will need to be UK, US or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level experience in managing/leading transactions/the listing process and in drafting/negotiating standard bond documentation and prospectuses.
