Senior Tech Start Ups Associate

Our client, a leading international law firm, are seeking two talented lawyers, with a broad range of Corporate/Commercial experience from 2-7 years PQE, to join their successful team based in their London office. 

You will have previous experience of working with entrepreneurial businesses and a track record of running early stage seed and venture capital fundraisings and related matters. As a senior member of the team, you will have strong delegating skills and enjoy supervising and developing junior members of the team, allowing you to take on high levels of responsibility and lead transactions with the team partners.

The ideal candidates will want to build their own stable of growing businesses in the technology space, having responsibility for client work and relationships. You will have a broad technical knowledge of commercial law, corporate law and transactions. One role has a Corporate focus and requires strong experience of M&A along with knowledge of corporate law and transactions. Crucially you will be an ambitious lawyer who shares a passion for the businesses you will be involved with and will add value by providing practical and commercial advice.
