Senior Employment Associate

We are working in unusual circumstances and we appreciate that this is an unsettling time for all employees and employers, we have always believed in absolute transparency and as such we want to be clear about the status of vacancies. This role is LIVE as recently confirmed by our client, interviews will be conducted via video. 

Our client is a leading firm that enjoys an excellent reputation nationally and internationally for the work they do. They are seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join their team in Cambridge, (with occasional travel to London and Oxford offices). The firm are forward thinking and encourage their Lawyers to work independently and also encourage entrepreneurial flare.

The team predominantly work with employer clients operating both in the UK and overseas. Their clients are large multinationals, fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses and a substantial number of higher education institutions and national and international charities.

The successful candidate will need have proven experience of international employment work as well as a proven track record of dealing with domestic work. You should be confident in dealing with a wide variety of clients, from multi-national corporations and fast growth tech businesses to entrepreneurs.

You will also be expected to play a key role in business development opportunities to further promote the success and growth of the Cambridge Employment team.
