The Firm

You will be developed and encouraged by the Partners to be actively involved in attending networking events and presenting at seminars to increase your own client base and the firm's regional profile. The role

The firm are seeking to hire a new Construction Partner to join their successful Derby practice.

The Construction & Engineering team advise at all stages of the project life cycle. The team assist a broad range of clients, including developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, funding and letting institutions across a full range of industry sectors including Property development, infrastructure projects, Energy, Oil & Gas, Aviation and Retail.

You will be responsible for construction documentation, including consultants appointments, building contracts, letters of intent, collateral warranties, third party right notices, assisting in the construction of aspects of real estate transactions and corporate finance. Must be familiar with all standard forms of construction contact.

Requirements

  • You will be a Construction Senior Associate looking for a step up or an existing Partner with 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
