Residential Conveyancer - West Yorkshire
My client is an established West Yorkshire firm looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer.
You will have a proven track record handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing work. You need to be hit the ground running and take over an existing caseload of work covering sales and purchases, remortgage, deed of variation new build and help to buy mortgages.
On offer is the chance to join a department with good sources of work and repeat business. The firm has been present in West Yorkshire for a long time and is a go to firm for the local community for conveyancing work. Salary is competitive and dependant on experience. Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancers and non-qualified candidates with the technical case handling experience will be considered.
