Senior Contentious Insolvency Lawyer

The Commercial Disputes team works across multiple divisions to focus on civil fraud, contentious insolvency, and arbitration. They are urgently looking for a proven Restructuring and Insolvency lawyer to join their ranks and assist on high-profile and complex contentious insolvency matters. The right candidate will not only have strong technical experience but will also have outstanding client relationship skills.

You will also be working closely with the Head of Disputes, who is a highly regarded professional in this practice area. It is the perfect role for someone who wants to contribute towards business development and firm-wide growth. Since the team is expanding rapidly and this is a key hire for the firm, the right candidate, who enjoys going to market and developing client relationships, will be able to progress through the ranks very quickly.

Successful candidates are most likely to have:

• The ability to manage complex cases covering a range of contentious insolvency matters of commercial dispute resolution and deliver consistently high-quality work
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• The ability to understand clients' needs and how best to meet them, and the ambition to go out to market to develop new client relationships
