Their work involves some of the largest and most complex Real Estate transactions taking place in the Gulf market. Their team advises major clients on a variety of big-ticket UAE and regional investment acquisitions/disposals, development/leasing of large scale mixed-use schemes, and RE aspects of the related financing transactions. Additionally, the team undertake high-profile engagements across the Gulf for the design and implementation of systems for registering and managing real estate interests at both the national and project levels.  Applicants will need to have strong Commercial Real Estate training / experience, with a growing knowledge of the Real Estate industry, ideally gained within another major law firm in the Middle East, the UK or Australasia.  Future prospects are excellent within this top-level practice.
