Company Secretary for Global Investment Bank, City

We are partnering with a global financial services organisation with established businesses in asset management, investment banking, wealth management, commodity trading, renewables development and principal investments.

The corporate governance function lies at the heart of this organisation, a centrally placed team that interacts with all business lines globally. A role has arisen in this team for a qualified Company Secretary to support on governance and internal policy matters.

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee compliance for subsidiary companies,
• Run regular board and committee meetings;
• Advise on company law matters, where appropriate.

The members of this team work across all areas of the business, so you must be someone that is adept at forging strong relationships. We are looking for candidates with a pragmatic approach and those who are natural problem-solvers – someone who can also manage a dynamic workload and manage their time accordingly.

You will have:

• An ICSA qualification;
• Previous in-house experience, preferably from similar financial services organisation.
