NQ Solicitor sought by top tier commercial firm in Manchester, within their Pensions practice, competitive salary and package on offer.

• National commercial law firm, sitting firmly in the top tier of the North West market
• Extensive Pensions offering with a market-leading team, led by partners, all of whom are regarded as being at the top of their profession.  
• Among the clients are large global corporations, pension fund trustees, public authorities, pension providers and other financial institutions.
• Network of offices across the UK, this role will be based in Manchester.

• Pensions Litigation-focused
• Assisting senior lawyers and partners in the progression of complex litigation matters

• You will have conduct of your own matters alongside assisting on more complex litigation projects.

THE CANDIDATE:

• The team’s work is high value, high profile and complex.  Whilst it is not necessary to have completed a pensions seat, some litigation experience would be preferable.        
• Decent academics, with your training and experience ideally gained within a commercial law firm.
• You will have a good knowledge of the litigation process and be someone who thrives on managing contentious matters, with client handling experience and skills key
• Genuine interest to develop a legal career within Pensions.
