This innovative, rapidly expanding Top 200 UK firm are looking to further strengthen their Cambridge offering.

They have a put a definitive and ambitious strategy in place to expand further and therefore seeking the best Lawyers to join them in this exciting time.
The firm are now in a period of strengthening their domestic and international presence so with this significant growth planned, there are a number of very exciting opportunities on offer. This growth is exemplified by the recent opening of another UK office and a 5-year plan to open further international offices including to complement their existing specialist sectors.

The Role
The firm are seeking to hire Corporate Partner to join their expanding Cambridge Office.
The Head of Corporate has created a visionary and exciting 5 Year business plan and for this reason, they are seeking high calibre, driven and entrepreneurial Lawyers to help them implement this and ensure future growth for the Corporate team. The firm are true specialists working in definitive and diverse sectors including Emerging Tech, Digital Business and Life Sciences; where they have built an enviable reputation - it is due to this ongoing success, and consistent incoming work that they are now looking to strengthen the department further.
They are already considered one of the "go-to" Corporate firms in Cambridge and across the UK; leveraging off their international presence for Early Stage & Growth Stage Tech businesses and key relationships with leading Universities.
The Corporate team advised on over 200 transactions last year, with over 80 of these transactions coming from an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurial clients across DigiTech, MedTech, AdTech, FinTech and Big Data.
They are now looking to develop their team further with likeminded Lawyers looking to "live and breathe" their specialist sectors including Life Sciences, Digital Business and Emerging Tech. Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Partner with 8 years PQE +
- You should have first-class communication and enthusiastic about business development, ideally with a client following
