Job Details
We have been retained by an M&A insurance practice to lead the search for a corporate/private equity M&A Lawyer - the team are the go-to for multi-jurisdictional and complex deals - they are the first choice for premium transactions.
The hire will be a UK qualified Lawyer from a branded law firm or an Underwriter from the M&A market with long term appetite to move into an appointment with complex and premium deal responsibility.
