We are working with a market leading international law firm who are actively seeking to hire a white-collar crime/investigations Partner. This exciting role can be based in either Shanghai or Beijing.
Our client is one of the largest and most established international law firms operating in AsiaPac and it is seeking a specialist lawyer with significant experience acting on investigations across the region, especially those relating to the US FCPA and/or UK Bribery Act. Candidates will ideally be at partner level, but the role is also open to ambitious senior associates/counsel-level lawyers that believe they have the business development skills to succeed.
Ideally, the incoming lawyer will speak Mandarin, due to the range of clients being serviced, but our client will also consider non-mandarin speakers for the role. However, local experience is imperative.
