Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

We are working in unusual circumstances and we appreciate that this is an unsettling time for all employees and employers, we have always believed in absolute transparency and as such we want to be clear about the status of vacancies. Errington Legal are currently seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join a busy Real Estate team with an excellent reputation in Commercial Property, based in Peterborough.

The role will take a focus on Landlord and Tenant work, and the successful candidate will have prior experience in Commercial Property and will manage their own portfolio of varied, high quality transactions. You will liaise closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will need to have excellent drafting, research and technical skills as well as being skilled in client contact and have an enthusiasm for business development.

As this is a senior role you will also be tasked with supervising more junior members of the team.
