TMT Associate 3+ Years PQE

An exciting opportunity for a mid-level TMT Associate to join this highly ranked practice within a multinational heavyweight firm, who has over 20 offices in 20 countries. This is an opportunity to truly invest in your future.
The practice advises high profile clients on data, technology and sourcing issues on a variety of matters, both commercial and regulatory, including innovative technologies, software licensing structures and IT/sourcing disputes. The client base consists of public and private sectors in healthcare, FS and insurance.

Requirements:

• Excellent academics - min 2:1 law degree or other
• A qualified Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE - there is no upper limit on level of PQE (candidates will be considered at senior associate level)
• Admitted in E&W or undergoing QLTS
• Experience gained within a TMT practice within an International, City firm or large in house company
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
