Project Finance Solicitor

An international law firm are looking for a Project Finance Solicitor to join their growing London team. You will be between 2-6 years PQE with experience in highly regarded regional, city or international law firms.

• Advising a range of corporations operating in the energy, resource and infrastructure sectors, as well as many global financial institutions on financing transactions at a high level
• Involved in project finance transactions for both borrowers and lenders, structures and asset financing and in large scale infrastructure and resources financing and renewable financing

Seeking a self-starter who is driven and committed to excellence. You will need to have excellent academics, strong drafting experience and experience working on major projects. You will be joining a successful dynamic team who are working on cutting edge projects/work.
