Job Details
The team handle the full range of corporate and commercial matters. Whilst primarily m&a focused (70%), they also undertake commercial work such as share transfers, establishing onshore and free zones, and commercial contracts.
They are looking at the c.NQ-3pqe level. The firm pay well, the work is truly global with a focus in the GCC region and the hours are reasonable. Early responsibility and client contact will be assured.
Experience practising in the UAE highly desirable.
