GENERAL COUNSEL, CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, BI-LINGUAL ARABIC, ABU DHABI
CLIENT: A fast developing and reforming client is seeking to establish its first legal department and now requires a new General Counsel to head their operations. Based from the Abu Dhabi head office, you will lead and guide the organisation as well as grow a legal team over time.
ROLE: Working closely and forming part of a senior management team, you will handle high levels of work across transactional construction and projects, regulatory, corporate governance and day to day operational issues.
CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria for the role:
- Strong transactional experience across construction and projects matters in the Middle East
- Ideally mixed front and back end construction work
- Ideally good private practice law firm training
- It's essential that you have fully bi-lingual Arabic and English
- 10+ years of PQE
- Based in Abu Dhabi
This role is ideally suited to a law firm senior associate looking for an entry level in-house move at a senior level, or someone in an established in-house environment, looking for a change. Please do get in touch to discuss.
