New Senior Dispute Resolution Role: Dubai

This US firm is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join its growing Dispute Resolution Practice in their Dubai office.

It is preferable that the successful candidate will be trained and qualified with a leading private practice firm. Solid experience in local courts litigation and Dispute Resolution is essential for this role.

Candidates will have a proactive approach and be able to take individual responsibility for matters with appropriate support and guidance as required. A candidate with a keen interest in developing their external network is essential and will be actively encouraged.

Some of the main duties will include:

• Delegate work appropriately and manage work upwards when required to ensure that work performed meets individual performance requirements, as well as those of the wider team/Firm;
• Understand individual role and performance in the firm, as well as commercial trends affecting practice area or potential business development activity;
• Build working relationships internally and externally in order to develop business networks and create a solid understanding of the Firm's direction and client needs.
