The firm have a focus on the delivery of high quality, jargon free, and easily digestible legal advice. They represent old-school values in a progressive culture, creating an established referral network that spans London and Surrey.

The technical ability of the staff within this practice is exceptionally high, and many of the Lawyers hold esteemed reputations for their technical acumen. Throughout the firm's history they have operated in an extremely entrepreneurial fashion and have never held the keys to more relationships then they have at present. Anyone who would be moving to this firm would have excellent training.


The role


You will be at the forefront of a highly ranked team who have many Lawyers listed as leaders in their field in the Legal 500, working with the other partners to drive the department forwards.


The department deals with a broad range of work and client base across a growing number of industry sectors, this variety will make for an interesting caseload. They support their clients out of their offices.


The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.


Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.


Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to experience)
  • You will have technical knowledge
  • Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
